Our visitors!

We've been having a very busy, but fun summer!

We've had 3 weeks of visitors - first Mom & Dad were here on their way home from FL.  They flew in the Tuesday night after my birthday and stayed until Saturday.  We had lots of fun with them - going to the pool one day, Mt. Vernon another, and Burke Lake the 3rd day.  Can't forget a trip to Target thrown into the mix!  The boys love going to look at trucks there with grandma!  We did head up to Ellicott City on Saturday - which was an adventure getting up there with a stop at Kaiser for Mark to pick up his prescription, and Jim needing 2 bathroom breaks!We finally made it up there, and enjoyed a quick sandwich for lunch and went to the train museum they had there.  Then we said good-bye to mom & dad and made our way back to VA - which again took forever since we got stuck in an accident on the beltway.

Next up was Allison - she flew in early Tuesday morning - so we picked her up at the train station.  Tuesday we just hung out at home.  She played with the boys while I frosted some cookies for the Meet the Baby playdate we were having for Krista.  We did that on Wednesday.  Went to the pool on Thursday, and just hung out on Friday & Saturday.  We enjoyed having her here!!!

Jenna & Blake came in on Sunday - and stayed until Wednesday.  It was great getting to see them, and to have the 3 boys play together.  We went to the pool on Monday & to Mt. Vernon on Tuesday!  Trying to get a picture of the 3 of them together all looking at the camera was impossible.  They all wanted to do their own things.  Just not a good age combination.
