Weekend in Review

This is about the only thing I use this for - is to recap our weekends....So here it is -

Friday left work and went bowling. Adam's birthday was on Saturday - so Clara got a couple people together to do that to celebrate. Had a good time there! Hadn't been bowling in forever. Ava was there - had fun with her. Again gets my baby fever going....Mark was a bum, like always with bowling and didn't meet up with us. Picked up Primo's for dinner - and that was our evening

Saturday morning got up - Mark went to work, and I decided to do so myself. Was only there for about an hour or so - working on trying to clean up my inbox. Then went to the gym to go for a run. I did 4 miles - in 34 minutes. 8:30 mile - not too shabby. Now I just need to get myself to do that a couple times a week as well so I'll be all set for the 10-miler in April. Mark got home from work - ate some lunch - and then went to the gym. Wow, gym twice in 2 days - go me. We got home and had to shower and get ready, and we were out the door again. Went over to Tyson's and stopped at Men's Warehouse. Mark got fitted for his tux for Rob's wedding, and bought 2 new pairs of slacks. He needed something nicer to wear for his meeting he has up in CT in a couple of weeks. Then we ran into Circuit City to see if there was anything good since they were going out of business, and then headed on over to Gordon Biersch to meet up with the 352 gang. Turns out Jamie was sick, so he and Linda didn't make it. But had a good time catching up with everyone. Jacob & Sarah are expecting their 1st baby in October (again can we say baby fever - people need to stop getting pregnant). And Sean & Nicole have everything pretty much set for their August wedding in Penn State.

Sunday morning got up and went to Church. Then we went to the gym. Watched the Syracuse game over at Southside. Able to enjoy their Sunday brunch. We lost to Villanova - by 3. It sucked, we missed 4 shots in the last 15 seconds to be able to tie it up. Stopped at Safeway on the way home. Had picked up some chicken & spinach to make for dinner - which also made for good lunch leftovers. And that was pretty much our weekend.
