The house we've been in for the last 6 years has been perfect for us - and has served us well! But now with Jim in our lives - and all his toys, it was time to look for something bigger.
We weren't sure how long the whole process was going to take - but we lucked out! Our current house went under contract in just under 3 weeks. Now granted, it sold for a little bit less than what we were hoping. But the fact that it sold so quick, and we didn't have to keep our house looking like a magazine was worth a bit of our own sanity! And we found our new house to buy just as easy!
The home inspection for the new place went really well. They kept commenting on how it was one of the easiest inspections - with no major issues at all!
The 21st will be an exciting day for us as we close on both places (Happy Birthday to me!!!) Rob & Jenna are coming down on Friday to give us a hand, and we have movers coming on Saturday to move all of our stuff!
