Well we're back from Italy. Had a great time in Rome!! Will have to do a recap some other time...It's time to get all my pictures online to share with everyone.
Just figured I'd do a quick update of my running...The Friday before we left we went to the gym & lifted, and then I ran. I ran 1.5 miles, I forget now what I did it in, I want to say 11:30. Which works out to 7:40 mile. And then today we went to the gym, and I did 2 miles in 15:00 - which works out to 7:30 mile. Which isn't too shabby seeing how I haven't run at all in over a week.
A couple more weeks until the Cherry Blossom 10-miler...
